London-based, New Zealand-born art-popper Connan Mockasin probably wasn't in too much need of weirdening up, but here Micachu and the Shapes twist him even further out of shape: their remix's slow, unsteady lope like a rollercoaster without its tracks or a car burning quietly in its own oil. Too abstract? OK, how does acid-era Beatles 'doing' dubstep sound? Good? Frightening?
