Faced with a title as deliriously love-drunk as that, I guess the toughest thing to do would be to somehow dampen the passion, but Saint Etienne have pulled it off here: turning The Drums' declarations of eternal love into insouciant 'maybes'. "Forever And Ever Amen" appears in its original, indie-pop form as The Drums' new single, out May 31. A self-titled debut album arrives a week later.
