PREMIERE: Matt Van Schie - Journey (Memory Tapes Version)
Strong-jawed Aussie Matt Van Schie (the nominal fourth of Modular's Van She) has a new solo EP coming out through Bandroom–he's calling it Balmy Nights, which should clue you into its tone (seductive neon) and appropriate listening environment. First single "Journey" received this decidedly more day-friendly once-over from Memory Tapes, all leisurely disco drums and radiant synths ganked from a candy commercial.
