DOWNLOAD: Disappears - Gone Completely

Chicago's Disappears used to ride for Touch & Go, but when they closed up shop last year, the band moved to another Windy City mainstay, Kranky. New LP LUX is probably the scuzziest, most traditionally "rock" thing Kranky's put out in awhile–it sounds like Lou Reed if Lou Reed didn't become a curmudgeony West Village snob and had a huge thing for grunge. Or The Dead Boys pitched down to -8. Both of which are (would be?) awesome! Poach the album opener below and/or buy the whole thing here.
