It's easy to forget the brilliance Dan Deacon and Owen Pallett are capable of - both exist beyond the reaches of any scene, really; lonely, unhinged auteurs out on the peripheries exploring their own worlds. On this remix of Pallett's "Lewis Takes Off His Shirt" those worlds collide, which only serves to multiply the brilliance. Makes you wanna say things like, "Hey, don't be a stranger!" but if such collisions weren't so rare they might not sound so damn invigorating. Anyway, find this in physical form on the 12" release of the original, out through Domino June 22.
