Damn the internet's gluttonous gannets. It would have made perfect sense for The Golden Filter's new album Voluspa to appear, as planned, on the 26th April: in warmer weather, on the cusp of summer. As it is, the thing's leaked already, so to make sure tracks like "Hide Me" don't suffer the same fate as those bees that wake up from winter too early and die in the rain, the duo have made the record available now from their website. This Clock Opera remix is more sympathetic to the music's needs, bottling the original's sunshine vibes in glassy, quietly blissful house lilts.
