PREMIERE: MAY68 - My Ways (Acid Washed Remix)
From all our interaction with them (aka perusing their MySpace page), Mancunian upstarts MAY68 seem like diligent folk–they have a cool video, a healthy list of dates laid out, a charmingly written blog, and a new 7-inch that came out just last week. Their music–modern, at times heavy, female-fronted dance-rock (think Human League via the Gossip)–works just as hard, though it's given an added kick in the pants here from France's Acid Washed, and by "kick in the pants" we mean "synths that sound like meteorites falling thorough rainbows."
