SXSW PREMIERE: Hesta Prynn - Can We Go Wrong (RAC Mix)
Hesta Prynn’s fans run the gamut from Tegan and Sara to Slipknot—an awesomely disparate combo that we can’t truly wrap our heads around. What we can do is champion this hot-off-the-mix-machine rework of “Can We Go Wrong,” courtesy of our longtime homey RAC (aka André Allen Anjos’ ever-busy Remix Artist Collective). Below, Ms. Prynn gets glitchy with euphoric tribal drums and pop-punk bass on a track we wouldn’t mind jamming to all week long. In fact, that’s what we intend on doing, while we encourage those Austin-bound to check out her dates beyond the seam.
