Yesterday, Philly thrillseekers Free Energy released their debut album, Stuck On Nothing, via Astralwerks/DFA, which effectively means spring has sprung and it's time to start throwing BBQs. Wind-in-your-sails power chords, doubled guitar leads, lines about making the most of the moment–this is a warm weather record if there ever was one, and thank whatever God you believe in that it is absent of irony (our God is beer). Here, we're gifting a live version of album keystone "Bad Stuff," recorded live for Seattle radio mainstay KEXP, so now the party can last that much longer (unless you've got the record on repeat like we do, in which case this can act as a nice reprise).
