When we were 19 we drank Mountain Dew by the caseload and were still familiar with the concept of "summer break". Currently at the same age, Vienna's Phil Speiser, bka Dirty Disco Youth, is putting out records on international labels and roping in legends almost twice his age to remix them, so we guess he wins that year of life or something. Speiser's new ...Off EP just came out on Dim Mak, source of the original "Minds...Off," which aforementioned veteran Tommie Sunshine and Louisville's Figure have lasered, stretched, and undulated to their liking here.
