DOWNLOAD: Chapel Club - O Maybe I
Evidently this is a demo version of Chapel Club's new single "O Maybe I," which is funny because it sounds higher-fi than ninety percent of the new music we receive. Like, seriously, we haven't heard drums this roomy and thick since we listened to In Utero a few days ago. If you do some sleuthing, you'll find that the London fivesome have stirred up a fair amount of talk over in England, talk we are thankfully removed from here in New York. To us, they just sound like a solid band pursuing the dignified glacial-rock thing while everyone else is dropping bit rates and recording into tin cans. Yay for fidelity!
