Too many music journos are making Best Of lists right now, be they decade encompassing or devoted to 2009. We, as the forward thinking captains of Ye Olde RCRD LBL, are instead plowing into 2010, at least partly because it holds the promise of a new, self-titled album from The Soft Pack. Kemado let go of "C'Mon"–the record's innervating, R.E.M.-ish opener–last week, and it goes up here today only because we were caught up imbibing to it over the weekend. The Soft Pack is out February 2nd.
