Last June, Freeland released COPE™—a hybrid electronic/post-rock massive co-produced with Alex Metric. Now, the new year will bring new flips via a remix set with Joker, Zombie Nation, Nosaj Thing, and Gui Boratto, and way more (like the PANTyRAiD twister we posted back in the fall). Today it’s a strummy Nordic trawl of “Morning Sun” by Prins Thomas (working sans Lindstrom). Clocking in at over seven minutes of melodically frosty beats, it’s as comforting as a fresh blanket of snow. Both albums are out through Marine Parade.
