Circulatory System are part of the vortex surrounding Athens, GA's Elephant 6 Recording Company, the always-zany, sometimes-brilliant collective that spawned Of Montreal, Neutral Milk Hotel, Apples In Stereo, Olivia Tremor Control, and many others. The second, seven-years-in-the-making Circ System LP, Signal Morning, came out last month, loaded with gummy outsider pop songs like "Overyjoyed." Just in case you forgot Athens is the South's Capital Of Weird...
