DOWNLOAD: The Whigs - In The Dark
"How am I gonna see / Where you're coming from / If you keep keeping me in the dark." In the interest of avoiding a situation like that, we're just going to tell you that 45 seconds into this new Whigs song is a refrain that sounds like walking through a forest of peach trees. It's great, and totally at odds with the verse and coda, which sound like punk Pablo Honey. The Whigs' new album, also titled In The Dark, is due out in early 2010 through ATO. They're on a US tour for most of the fall, dates after the break.
