L.A. electro duo NightWaves and their own Binary Collective would've likely skipped our radar had they not come bearing Junkie XL's weightless, sorta yacht rock-y version of their single, "Fascination," but then we would've missed their retro clip-art obsession and Binary's new compilation, LA Lights.
