You could probably decipher from the above photo that Sugar & Gold are preening, Parliament-obsessed grooveslayers, excavators of rapturous nightclub funk. And you'd be completely on point–they are basically a (tad) less theatrical, less twee, much more awesome Of Montreal. For a new twelve-inch on Antenna Farm, the San Francisco quintet's live, lovably swelling "AYA" was versioned by Justin Van Der Volgen of !!! into seven minutes of melting house keys and incessant vogue pulse.
