The original of Lauren Flax's Sia-featuring "You've Changed"–initially available in the Internet ether and finally, officially released via DJs Are Not Rockstars in June–burned one of the largest holes in our iTunes over the last year. It's just one of those tunes. This version from Richie Panic and UFO! (remember him from earlier this week?), stays housey in patches but deviates elsewhere into a terrordome of shot-from-a-cannon drums, sirens, and crowd noise. Word is there will be a full remix EP out on September 29th, with flips from War Games, Christopher Just and Tombstone, Dean Coleman, and Kill The Rockets, so then we can now conceivably listen to this song for like an hour straight without using the "repeat" function. Awesome.
