I always end up shouting at songs like this when they crop up on the TV in adverts for hair gel or fizzy drinks or mobile telephones, but let's face it, the life of a silent, pouting ad stooge is a far more exciting one that my own. I gotta admit it, it's not too often I find myself slurping rum from a model's midriff at a party in the desert only to then be charged with saving the world's icecaps with my iRolex. I mean, fair enough, but all in the space of one commercial break? These people are living in dreamland. Sweethead are from dreamland, or at least LA's Troy Van Leeuwen is, the Queens Of The Stone Age, Eagles Of Death Metal and former A Perfect Circle guitarist hooking up something of his own here with Serrina Sims. "Great Disruptors" is pulled from an EP of the same name, out at the end of the month.
