And they're a band–The Wallpapers, four Parisian teenagers who know their way around a jangly, does-she-like-me? pop song. They arrived in New York this week to make the rounds of downtown rock clubs, fresh off a stint in the studio with David Khane (he produced the last Strokes album, among many others).
