A pairing of minds we hoped we'd one day see: Diplo, the non-smoking half of Major Lazer and Mad Decent ship captain, recently completed this remix of Jack White and Alison Mosshart's The Dead Weather, specifically their new single "Treat Me Like Your Mother". Diplo being Diplo, the tune doesn't fall into one genre or another, instead wiggling through different shades of the dubstep continuum while using only a few seconds of the original vocal. A decidedly blues-less version for the heads.
