That grizzly dude above happens to be a guy named William Fitzsimmons, a Pittsburgh-raised singer/songwriter who's really good making knees weaken with unruffled folk songs. This version of his tune "Good Morning" was recorded live at the Downtown Studios in New York, a suitable rise-and-shiner for more than the obvious reasons. Basically, it's the kind of song you need playing in your ears on the way to the office after leaving your better, warmer half sleeping in bed. Poach the MP3, but be sure to check Fitzsimmons' debut LP, The Sparrow And The Crow, out now on Mercer Street.
