The original version of "Twin of Myself", taken from the UK debut album BMSR released this week, is a ponderous daydream of psych synth swirls and lonely vocoder voices that talk about staring at clouds and eventually seem to just slip into a reverie, the track probably finishing before it should because the band have all fallen asleep. Who better to kick them back alive, then, than Brighton's The Go! Team, for whom the word 'chirpy' just doesn't seem sufficient and so the mind tries to grasp at some hyperbolic metaphor involving illegal stimulants and ADHD-afflicted toddlers. We'd be on morally dubious terrain to join the dots ourselves, but I think you catch my drift. Go beyond the jump to see what happens when you cross Black Moth Super Rainbow with Eric Wareheim of 'Tim and Eric' fame.

Sounds Like: The Concretes, Deerhoof, The Flaming Lips
