Like Darlings, Savoir Adore received all kinds of hugs and kisses from the L Magazine in that rag's esteemed Bands To Watch in 2009 feature a few weeks ago. Rightly so. The duo's recently released their The Adventures of Professor Pumpernickel and the Girl With Animals In Her Throat (if you only knew how weird it felt just to type this out) and Machines EP, two tightly-knit families of pop jams whose lyrical whimsy never obscure their hooks.
