We usually feel bad for people impressionable enough to join cults, but on a certain level, we get it. Everyone wants to be a part of something. Choir Of Young Believers sounds like a loosely organized group of idealistic hippies (gross), but if they (actually he, it's the one-man project of Danish musician Jannis Makrigiannis) keep making enormous, polyphonous pop like their new single "Action/Reaction," then we will follow them wherever their Jonestown lies (it sounds like a cliffside teepee in Greece but we're just speculating). CYOB just inked a deal with our friends at Ghostly for their new album This Is For The Whites In Your Eyes, so you will likely hear a lot more about them soon. Until then, just drink the Kool Aid.
