STREAM: Audion - Look At The Moon

After releasing "I Am The Car" for free download via his website, Matthew Dear keeps the Audion hit parade coming with "Look At The Moon," his new single for Spectral Sound (buy it on Beatport here.) Over the course of almost nine minutes, the track's lumbering rumble/clap pairing picks up some wormlike synths and pieces of minced vocal, slowly rolling itself into a gurgling minimal monster. Dear will be hopping around Europe this summer, playing new Audion material with special audio/visual accompaniment from Eno Henze, Andreas Fischer, and Audion art director Will Calcutt. Before that, though, he'll make an appearance at this weekend's Movement Festival in Detroit.
