Between the new Tiga album, FACT's rundown of the 20 essential electroclash tunes, and the news that Miss Kittin & The Hacker are finally getting around to releasing a second record together, we are in full on party-like-it's-2002 mode. "Electronic City" is from the French pair's new LP, Two, due May 19th on Nobody's Bizzness. We're not sure if this is really an ode to the Cybotron's "Techno City," but because it also packs some droopy programming and vogueish keys we are going to assume it is and play it LOUD.
