It has arrived, people! Aside from MySpace streams of Andy Milonakis nuking zombies with Autotune and a performance at the FADER fort down in Austin, this is the first we've heard from Diplo and Switch's long-in-the-making dancehall project, Major Lazer, and it is every bit as bananas as we hoped it'd be. Based around a divebomb surf guitar sample that sounds lifted from Dick Dale & The Del Tones' "Misirlou," "Hold The Line" features guest verses from Santigold and Mr. Lexx, animal sounds, cell phone rings, and the unrelenting slap of digitized dancehall cadence.
