Apart from one another, Berlin electronicists Antye Greie and Sasu Rippatti have plenty going on--Greie writes and produces under the name AGF while Ripatti's more widely known for his excursions as Vladisav Delay and Luomo. So, as a couple, the music they make together under the name AGF/Delay benefits from the relaxed attitude of side-project collaboration between lovers. "In Cycles" is culled from Symptoms, their new album for the venerable BPitch Control label, a playful bit of snippy IDM beats, tubular synth spots and Greie's calming incantations. It sounds like something thrown together on a Sunday afternoon around the flat: a bit tired from weekend madness but warm and thankful for the companionship.
