VIDEO THRWBCK: Ida Maria - Drive Away My Heart

The video is the PG-13 version of Bonnie and Clyde - with a big fluffy heart replacing a gun-toting Clyde and Ida Maria starring as a loveless Bonnie in doll-like vintage clothes and heavy mascara. In tune with Ida's distinctive rustling timbre and timeless cabaret-esque style, the video has got affable yellow-tinged edges, vintage wheels, and lots of tear-filled mascara stains. The line "Love will be my grave" echos as they speed down a dirt lane.
