The Chap perfected the tongue-in-cheek electronic pastiche album on Mega Breakfast, their first record for Ghostly that came out last year. Tomorrow, the London-based group make their first stop in America for a string of dates before, after, and during SXSW. Ghostly hooked up two new downloads from Mega Breakfast to get you familiar--the minmalist kraut-metal "Ethnic Instrument" and "Proper Rock," which sounds like an Art Brut + Hot Chip + Mitchell Hurwitz musical theatre collabo.
