VIDEO THRWBCK: Fleetwood Mac - Tusk (1979)
Aside from taking bets on whether or not M.I.A. would pop, the biggest performance at the Grammys last weekend was Radiohead featuring the USC Trojan marching band. Marching bands are awesome. I should know. I used to be in one (go Chieftans!). But Fleetwood Mac did it first, and on "Tusk" Stevie Nicks proves she can twirl the shit out of a baton, Mick Fleetwood has a cardboard cut out of John McVie on the field and these Trojans actually dressed up as ancient warriors. Not to mention that all this sunny good time Mac cavorting goes on while Buckingham is whispering creepy stalker lyrics. Sorry to all those 'head fans out there, but this game goes to the Mac.
