The first person who sent me Dum Dum Girls was Kristin from Grand Ole Party who runs Zoo Music and released the first sold out EP.  Then I started to talk to Dee Dee, a LA librarian who is the Dum Dum Girls.  She sent me some more MP3s and directed me to Captured Tracks who are putting out a 7" EP next week.  Then my friend Todd who runs HoZac mentioned he was putting out some Dum Dum Girls music soon and that's when I realized I should make sure Dee Dee's Dum Dum Girls got up on RCRD LBL as soon as possible so that if you love fuzzed out, reverb-soaked girl group pop these next offerings won't sell out before you get your hands on them.  If you took Girl Group Sounds Lost & Found and transferred them from LP to cassette in a trash can and threw in some blush worthy lyrics - voila! the Dum Dum Girls.  Every song is as catchy as these two, so grab these and start tracking down some Dum Dum Girls.
