DOWNLOAD: Company of Thieves - Oscar Wilde

Oscar Wilde wrote, "Ordinary riches can be stolen, real riches cannot.  In your soul are infinitely precious things that cannot be taken from you."  Company of Thieves' debut album, Ordinary Riches (available digi now, physically on the 24th) is an album chock full o songs about the intangible, supremely important things in a life.  "Oscar Wilde" is a prime example.  Genevieve Schatz channels a sort of Harriet Wheeler ethereal vulnerability when she repeats again and again, "time keeps on ticking away," or "we are all our own devil," over thick, swirling guitar lines.  Company of Thieves are on tour starting today, and if the video of the band jamming with Daryl Hall is any indication, they know how to bring it live.  Grab "Oscar Wilde" and check the tour dates.
