Vancouver producer Felix Cartal blew some roofs off this fall with a reworking of MSTRKRFT's "Bounce," now he's at it again with a heavily-aired job for fellow Dim Mak signees From Monument To Masses, the bi-coastal post-rock group who will release their third album On Little Known Frequencies on March 10. We've been informed that the MSTRKRFT guys and Steve Aoki have been dropping this version of "Beyond God & Elvis," the album's first single, in their recent sets, no doubt cashing in on the mammoth builds and releases Cartal whipped up with some over-driven synth waves and peripheral alarm sounds. The word "banger" gets thrown around a lot these days, but I guess when your music actually sounds like Metallica being electrocuted, the descriptor isn't such a bad thing. Bang away.

Also be on the watch for other versions of the single from Brazilian duo Mixhell and New York's Designer Drugs.

Sounds like: Deadmau5, MSTRKRFT , Soulwax
