No matter what religion, no matter how broke, we are all getting in the holiday spirit. Bodegas are selling candy canes and mini-me trees, Hanukkah begins this weekend, and the eggnog and mystery-punch holiday parties are wounding our livers on a nightly basis. Though we aren't ones to get all sappy or schmaltzy on you, we are debuting some special holiday tracks on RCRD LBL this week.

Nashville-based Paper Route has crafted a holiday EP that shows their softer side. "The Music" is a beautiful, classical departure, lyrics replaced with woozy violins and delicate finger-plucking. "The Sound" is Midwest piano-based love song, for the sentimentalist within. While "Sing You To Sleep" is more up-tempo crescendoing pop like "Empty House," it retains distinct Christmas shimmer and cheer.

Best news yet? In January, Paper Route kick off the new year by touring with Innerpartysystem and then Passion Pit.
