Faith-Ann Young's RCRD LBL

As we slink out of our Thanksgiving comas, the RCRD LBL staff wishes you many thanks for one rowdy, wild year. For RCRD LBL's feliz compleanos, we asked musical amigos like Mark Ronson and our beloved production team to compose RCRD LBL playlists; now it's time that us RCRD LBL writers personalize our own. (Steve's and Christen's below).
As I've covered an artist or more a day for almost a year now, the first half of this RCRD LBL list is purposefully whimsical, folky, and introspective. I recommend to listen while smoking a cig out of the window, sipping a cold brew (I'm thinking Peroni or Cab Sav) with your closest peeps, or pressing 'snooze' and sinking back under the covers. The dancier, rockier second half (starting at "L'Homme") is for your second wind- meant to be played (loud) as you put on your boots and black eyeliner and prepare to dance till dawn. Because if we can't bring the party to you, we better at least provide the beats to get the party started. Enjoy!
