True story: on Sunday I cut off around ten inches of my hair. It was kind of a spur-of-the-moment thing, and when the stylist asked what I wanted, I screamed as loud as Malkmus does around 2:30 in this song, "NO BIG HAIR!" Actually that's not true, I just said, "Make it look cool." Pavement were the anti-hair band band, so I got my hair cut like Pavement, which in 2008 I guess means I got my hair cut like Vampire Weekend. There are worse things.
