Church bells, shimmering things and coos. Wind chimes, flutes paired with energetic drum beats and light, whispering vocals. "A Mundane Phonecall To Jack Parsons" is the sound of sunlight, flowers mixed with dirt, and the essence of all things care-free. It's all sweet sounding- until you learn Jack Parsons was an occult member who died of wounds from a mercury explosion in his home in 1952. So maybe the song is only half-dipped in innocence....

SOUNDS LIKE: Beach House, Xiu Xiu, Deerhunter
