DOWNLOAD: Fight Bite - Widow's Peak
First thing I noticed about Fight Bite is that they lied. They described their sound as "10 people being brutally forced from an obviously crowded shopping cart into a giant vat of tiny lego mulch" on their Myspace. Instead, Fight Bite sounds like ethereal whispers echoing through spiraling atmospheric passageways. Like Mazzy Star on opiates singing fairytales while floating through space. Lullabies for grown-ups. Mellow, tender, un-lego-mulchy music. But perhaps you'll agree to disagree. Put your ear to the chimes below and let me know.
