Wales is a long way from Australia, but it's not tough to hear smidges of Mclusky in the scuzzy rock 'n roll of Melbourne proto-punkers Eddy Current Suppression Ring. Jesus Christ, I loved that band. Actually, this is all wrong— who these dudes sound like isn't half as important as how quickly their impossibly crunchy guitar rock will light your underpants on fire. From what I've read, half of their hometown is already sans underpants from having crossed paths with them. Stop wasting time/reading this.
