DOWNLOAD: Foals - Olympic Airways (Wudwerd Dub and Vox remixes)
You might say that Foals are already pretty minimal, as far as British math rock goes, but the Chris Woodward mixes that Drowned in Sound posted of “Olympic Airways” take the bleep-ness and bloop-ness to an even higher level. The vocals are barely even recognizable, and all of Foals’ defining attributes and distilled and concentrated into blissful repetition. We can perfectly hear this seeping from the speakers at Studio B on any given Saturday night, or taking us to a better place on our iPod during our morning commute.
