EXCLUSIVE STREAM: Moby - I Love To Move In Here (Holy Ghost! Remix)

Moby’s new album, Last Night, surprised us in that it truly is a throwback to when he first reigned as dance king in NYC—all house and disco beats, diva vocals and staccato horns. It’s as if life post-1994 never happened, and frankly isn’t that what dance music seriously needed?

Today we have an exclusive stream of “I Love To Move in Here”, remixed by new DFA signees Holy Ghost!. If anyone could squeeze even more old school disco lushness from this track, it was bound to be those guys. We’ve been watching HG! closely ever since they released their single “Hold On” last year, and last we heard the band were finishing up their debut EP with DFA and the Juan Maclean behind the boards, before Nick from HG! leaves to go to Australia to tour with Juan and Cut Copy. They’ll be releasing more remixes (of tracks from Cut Copy and In Flagranti) soon, so make sure to keep a tuned ear to the sidewalk for those. In the meantime, check out “I Love To Move in Here”…
