FREE DOWNLOAD: Atlas Sound's remix of The Chap's "They Have A Name"
On July 1st Ghostly will be releasing Mega Breakfast, the latest album from London's acclaimed art-pop outfit The Chap. Atlas Sound, better known as Bradford Cox of Deerhunter, has worked his remix magic on “They Have A Name”, from The Chap's upcoming full length. Treating the song more as a starting point than as a heap of material to simply rearrange and augment, it’s apparent that Cox’s real anchor to the song is his appreciation of the band he’s remixing, as he wanders steadily and confidently into the realm of personal, noisy, melodic psychedelia we all love him for.
