We recently saw Team Robespierre open for the Teenagers on their US tour, and we can safely say we can squarely get behind their high-octane 8-Bit punk songs. Like Best Fwends if they were a little pissed off at their love lives instead of chronically stoked on life, Tean Robespierre is kind of what we wish 13-year-olds were listening to instead of Fall Out Boy and Ashley Tisdale (she’s from The Hills, right? Or High School Musical? How do we know this person’s name?).

Anyway, today we have an exclusive track from Team Robespierre (from their label Impose) called “Bad Habit”, which is released today on 7” and digital! The band are also playing the first ever F Yeah Fest tour this summer (with Dan Deacon and Matt and Kim, amongst others), as well as playing McCarren Pool on July 20 with Fuck Buttons and Liars, so make sure to check out their MySpace for all that info.
