If Spacemen 3, Spiritualized, Primal Scream, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, the Brian Jonestown Massacre and the Velvet Underground rolled around in a new world sex party, the sound that would emerge from that unholy psychedelic union is Australia's the Morning After Girls.  An unparalleled combination of dreamily jangling guitars, epic string lines, sexily cooed vocals, lush harmonies, propulsive drumming combined with perfectly constructed song writing welcomes you to the morning after.  This is a band that gets it and the band you wish you were a part of.   What starts out as a one night stand quickly evolves into full on obsession and the Morning After Girls have got you.  But at least they offer to be gentle.
