We’re not quite sure what to think about this one. It’s our personal belief that Timbaland is basically our generation’s Phil Spector, and his music has always been consciously commercial, so we’re not that surprised, but a Verizon bus? That’s like, pretty weird.

The SEEN RCRD LBL blog reports that Timba will be recording his new record on a mobile studio/bus as part of a promotion with Verizon. Which is all swell and dandy, but the best part of this promotional video is Madonna fake-bitching about her vocals on “Four Minutes”. Thumbs up, Tim!
