In case you haven’t been watching the news or following the stock market, China is about to, literally, take over the world, and it seems like they’re right on the money when it comes to moody indie pop as much as they are with finance, technology… and everything else.

Noughts & Exes are from the North Point neighborhood of Hong Kong, and make a sort of mélange of Death Cab for Cutie and My Bloody Valentine out of plucked guitars and stuttering drum beats. It’s quite effective if you want to unleash a little but of your inner mope, The SEEN RCRD LBL blog are all over it, and just posted the new Noughts & Exes video and some of their sync appearances.
