I met the Jamaican-hailing, Brooklyn-living Mikkel "Gize" Burrowes, (i.e. 77Klash, which is pronounced two seven klash) in the chaos of The Fader Tent in Austin this spring. He threw a CD in my bag. I promised to listen. When I did, my ears buzzed, feet tapped, head spun- and the rest is history. This track's from The Swarm, with 77Klash spitting and dancehall icon Johnny Osbourne riding on the chorus.
