FEATURED: Bad Veins
Congrats to the guys in RCRD LBL band Bad Veins, who on Friday are going to be presented with the Target Music Maker Award for Best Emerging Artist at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival! This is a huge coup for the band obviously, whose light-hearted indie pop is getting more and more popular—the award is being presented by music supervision maestro Alex Patsavas (who chooses tunes for hit series Grey's Anatomy and Gossip Girl). After getting the award (and a check for $10,000, holler) the band will perform a set at Webster Hall.
